RETURN POLICY FOR" BUTTERFLY BIJOUX"
The "BUTTERFLY BIJOUX" return policy. If 25 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 amount of days. Late or missing refunds, (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) -We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Farfalla Butterfly Co. 3990 San Leandro Way, San Diego, CA 92130. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund as shipping is included in the purchase price. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
RETURN POLICY FOR" BUTTERFLY REARING AND EDUCATIONAL GOODS"
Customers may return any Stock Product* purchased from the "Butterfly Rearing and Educational Goods" Page for any reason within 20 days of delivery, provided it is in new and sell able condition, in its original packaging, and returned in accordance with this section and our returns guidelines section below. There will be NO restocking fee** if the return is requested within 20 days from date of item receipt and the product is in transit back to us with in 7 days of requesting the return There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns not in transit within 7 days of return request. When Farfalla Butterfly Co. receives a returned product, and product is in acceptable condition and in its wrapper or box, a credit will be processed to your account. The credit will be full amount paid, minus any actual outbound shipping paid by us to ship the original order to you, and applicable restocking fees incurred by shipping delay. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 20 days of item receipt. We can only refund money to the original purchaser. If item was received as a gift the items may be exchanged for different items. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, unless deemed defected by Farfalla Butterfly Co.

Return Guidelines-To return a Product, Customer must email a return request to Info@farfallabutterflyco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form ("RMA"). The RMA form will provide detailed instructions on the return process. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be given you at this time and must accompany all returns. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package being returned.
We will not be able give you a RMA# without the information below.

Farfalla Butterfly Co. cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please be sure to properly package and insure all return shipments. Farfalla Butterfly Co. will not accept any shipment sent C.O.D.
Stock Order Cancellation -You may cancel a stock order at any time without incurring any shipping and/or restocking fees prior to an order being shipped. Orders that have been shipped but not yet received by you cannot be cancelled. You can, however, return the merchandise without being charged any restocking fees as long as the return is processed.
